Jennifer Cole, Territory Manager of the Central Region and Operations Coordinator is an experienced professional, working in industries including manufacturing, accounting, and food & beverage.  Jennifer is a people expert specializing in problem solving and account management.  She is committed to delivering concierge level customer experiences.  She enjoys helping clients get the most from their technology investments in her hybrid role with CrossRoads Technologies Consulting Group. Jennifer brings her lifelong passion of learning and management to her role as an Account Manager, this is evident in how Jennifer supports our clients in every step of their solution acquisition journey.

Jennifer currently resides in Texas with her husband of 20 years and has two sons Orion and Kyle plus her fur baby Miss T and feather friend, her parrot Pico.
