Michelle Young, Vice President of Sales at CrossRoads Technologies Consulting Group. Michelle started in telecommunications in the field achieving training and certifications in cabling, Contact Centers, VoIP, cloud solutions, Business Continuity, Data Centers and multiple (UCaaS) hosted phone systems. She has worked for Mitel as the Southeast Region Territory Manager.
Under Michelle’s leadership the company experienced exponential vendor and VOIP growth later becoming the Sales Director for the San Jose/ San Francisco markets.
In 2009 she joined TPX as Sales Director. At TPX, Michelle led the team with the most Rookie’s achieving President’s Club levels.
In 2018, Michelle founded CrossRoads Technology with her husband, Craig. Michelle joined the company full time as Executive Vice President right before the Covid pandemic. In less than 4 years, Michelle has led the sales team by hitting gold level status with Intelisys and Silver with Sandler.
Michelle and team specialize in Enterprise accounts that have contact Centers and need a full Business Continuity for their organizations.
When Michelle is not leading Sales Teams, she volunteers her time to mentor rising female leaders. She also volunteers her time in her community to help non-profits meet the needs of our youth and seniors.
Michelle and Craig are parents of Missy, Chantal, James & Jonathan and 2 fur babies, Bailey and Piper.
